Judging by the apparent urgency of his situation Lydia suspected that he’d arrive in far less than ten minutes and it only left her wondering why she’d agreed in the first place. Oh yes, a mutually beneficial agreement. Perhaps she was a bit impatient herself seeing as they never got the chance to finish what they’d started a few days prior but she’d never let it show. After all, he was a distraction nothing more.
It didn’t take long for her to hear the scuffling along the far side of the house which happened to be the exact location of her bedroom window. Luckily for Aiden she hadn’t agreed to allow Mr. Argent to electrify her windows as well. Though she was still considering it. The redhead crossed the room grasped the window and lifted it just as the wolf came into view. “Six minutes…not bad.”
